早在1996年,西門子股份公司向當時的國家技術(shù)監(jiān)督局贈送了全套現(xiàn)行企業(yè)標準,開啟了雙方的交流和對話。1997年,雙方簽署首個合作備忘錄,正式建立了合作關(guān)系。二十多年來五次續(xù)簽備忘錄,在節(jié)能減排和資源利用、標準化教育服務(wù)和策略研究、智能城市和信息技術(shù)、社區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展等多個重點領(lǐng)域開展了務(wù)實合作。
