伺服電機(jī)的工作原理可以簡(jiǎn)單概括為:輸入控制信號(hào)→伺服控制器→伺服電機(jī)→輸出運(yùn)動(dòng)。伺服電機(jī)接收到一個(gè)脈沖,就會(huì)旋轉(zhuǎn)一個(gè)脈沖對(duì)應(yīng)的角度,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)位移。因?yàn)樗欧姍C(jī)本身具備發(fā)出脈沖的功能,所以伺服電機(jī)每旋轉(zhuǎn)一個(gè)角度,都會(huì)發(fā)出對(duì)應(yīng)數(shù)量的脈沖。
伺服電機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于需要具有精確定位、高速運(yùn)動(dòng)、高扭力輸出、高穩(wěn)定性、低噪音等特點(diǎn)的自動(dòng)化設(shè)備中,如數(shù)控機(jī)床、半導(dǎo)體制造、成像設(shè)備、包裝設(shè)備以及機(jī)器人領(lǐng)域等。
伺服電機(jī)分為直流和交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)兩大類(lèi)。直流伺服電機(jī)的原理是利用改變電機(jī)電流的大小和方向來(lái)控制電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速和轉(zhuǎn)向。有刷直流伺服電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)子上有一組刷子,通過(guò)與定子繞組接觸,將電流引入電機(jī),從而產(chǎn)生轉(zhuǎn)矩。
