The MP3010 Series Motor Protection relay is a versatile microprocessor-based protection relay designed to protect motors of any size at all voltage levels. It is most commonly used in medium voltage starters and critical or larger motors. This relay is a current-only device that provides complete and reliable motor protection, monitoring and starting control functions. The MP3010 is available in fixed-mount, semi-embedded or semi-embedded quick-release extraction forms. Both enclosures are compact and suitable for standard IQ cuts. Optional quick-release pull-out housing with two-stage contact break and self-shorting ct circuit terminals. The spare self-shorting terminal pair can be used as relay removal alarm or continuous motor operation when the relay is removed (non-fail-safe mode) The optional communication module is externally mounted in a fixed mounting housing and internally mounted in a pull-out housing.
